Which CRM is best for an Iranian business?

Before choosing a tool, the sales process must be defined on paper and practiced for a month in a spreadsheet; after that, the key criteria are Persian language and Jalali calendar support, WhatsApp integration, an open API, and simple reporting.

Our sales team objects to the CRM — what do we do?

Resistance usually means recording feels like extra load. Cut the fields to a minimum, set the same-day logging rule together with the team, and keep the weekly review running on their own data so they see the benefit.

Should we migrate our old data too?

No. Start with active customers and open leads. Dead history only makes the system heavy and the reports misleading; it can be added later, gradually, if needed.
