Our site is beautiful but brings no customers — what's the first step?

Install an analytics tool and see this number: of every 100 visits, how many call or fill the form. Without that number every change is a guess; with it, the biggest drop-off point can be found.

Do we need a full redesign or just optimization?

Stepwise optimization is almost always enough: a problem-focused headline, one clear action per page, a shorter form, better speed. A full redesign only makes sense when the page structure is fundamentally wrong.

How many form fields are right?

For booking a consultation, three fields usually suffice: name, phone number, and one optional field describing the need. In real projects, shortening forms from eight fields to three raised completion by 40–70%.
